We make our fresh pasta in-house, age our meats in a dedicated cabinet and prepare fish and seafood with care. Alongside our menu, we offer specials inspired by seasonal ingredients.
With Mauro at the helm, Executive Chef at ROMA, the kitchen team brings the same care to every ingredient and every dish.
